Gina M. Stowe – Attorney | Litigation, Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice Lawyer
Gina has recently joined McLaughlin & Lauricella, P.C. (M&L) after practicing as a trial lawyer at Stradley, Ronon, Stevens & Young, LLP for the past 18 years. At Stradley, Gina handled a broad spectrum of complex civil litigation matters in both federal and state courts, and at both the trial and appellate court levels.
In addition to handling a wide variety of sophisticated commercial matters (including securities fraud claims, antitrust matters, insurance cases and intellectual property disputes), Gina also handled (and most enjoyed) numerous cases involving mass tort, products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice and other personal injury cases.
Gina is thrilled to join M&L because, throughout the course of her legal career, she has had a passionate concern for those who have suffered injustice. Gina is also knowledgeable about medical science and its intersection with the law.
Indeed, her favorite place to be is in the courtroom, where the M&L lawyers spend much of their time. Gina is honored to join M&L because Paul and Slade are two of the most seasoned lawyers of their kind in the city, and she knows that working with them in her new endeavor will be a very fulfilling and inspiring experience and will lead to tremendous growth in her career.
Gina is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a member in good standing of the bars of the U.S Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the I.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Gina received her B.A. from George Washington University in 1997 and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2000. Gina is a member of both the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
