New Jersey Certified Civil Trial Attorney
Robb’s focus on litigation began when he was still in law school. He completed his first jury trial in the Norfolk County Superior Court, in Dedham, MA, while he was still a law student, as part of the Boston University School of Law’s Student Prosecutors Clinical Program.
United States Navy Attorney – Career
Robb’s career began as an attorney with the United States Navy where he represented officers and enlisted personnel at Courts Martial for the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He has always been willing to travel anywhere for a trial. While in the Navy, he tried cases on shore, as well as at sea while onboard deployed aircraft carriers. He also served as the Navy’s Federal Tort Claims Attorney for New Jersey and Pennsylvania where he participated at trial with Assistant United States Attorneys in contested personal injury and malpractice cases, earning him numerous awards and letters of commendation.
Robb Graham Has Tried to Verdict More Than 150 Cases in New Jersey
After leaving active duty, Robb worked for several prominent litigation firms in the Delaware Valley and has obtained numerous and consistent successful verdicts on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants. He has tried to verdict more than 150 jury trials in New Jersey. During the last three years, he obtained successful verdicts on behalf of injured motorists in Limitation on Lawsuit cases (verbal threshold / limited tort) in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, and Gloucester Counties. In each of those cases, there was either no offer to settle or an offer that was a small percentage of the eventual verdict.
Veterans Medical Malpractice & Injury
Robb has represented veterans with medical malpractice claims against the VA in all four US District Courts in which he is admitted, as well as several other District Courts on a “pro hac vice” basis, with results including $2,250,000 and $1,500,000 settlements. During 2015, Robb spoke at the American Association of Justice Convention in Montreal regarding medical malpractice issues involving the Department of Veterans Affairs’ electronic medical records system. He has also addressed other continuing legal education seminars on issues involving the Federal Tort Claims Act. As a veteran, Robb feels that he understands veterans and is able to effectively represent them in all types of matters, not just those involving the Department of Veterans Affairs.
In addition to his career as a busy trial attorney, Robb continued his service in the US Navy Reserves as an Intelligence Officer. His duties included anti-submarine warfare with Patrol Squadron 64 at NAS Willow Grove and targeting assignments within the Atlantic Intelligence Command.
Although he retired from the Reserves in 2000, Robb still brings the same level of commitment to preparing for trial that he brought to mission planning for the Navy
